Pilates Prelude Session
New to Pilates? This intro session is for you.
The Pilates Prelude will introduce you some of the Pilates fundamentals, such as standing and centering cues and the Fletcher Percussive Breath® technique
We ask that you complete this step to learn how to safely and effectively adjust, mount and dismount the 5 large equipments we utilize, and that you will be comfortable with the progressions and flow of the classes.
For those NEW to the studio, this session is your entry point for our Trio Group Classes.
Trio Group Classes
May be used to take any of our Form & Function, Core Mobility & Stability, or Resilient Spine classes. These classes utilize the variety of Pilates Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ped-I-Pul, Wall Tower, Spine Corrector or Foam Rollers among others.
For NEW clients, your teacher will send you a purchase link to access the regular rates after you’ve completed your onboarding Pilates Prelude Session.
