Welcome to our Toronto Pilates studio, where our approach to movement is intentional and mindful, based on the Fletcher Pilates® method and the Fascial Fitness® concept. Our Pilates classes and solo sessions focus on your body awareness, posture & alignment, mobility & flexibility and improving your core strength & endurance.
The Trio group classes are small (3 participants) so we can tailor the class to your needs
while receiving individualized attention to achieve your goals.
Classes and sessions can vary from moderately to extremely challenging
but they are not considered high intensity training.
Please note we do not offer drop-in classes
at our studio.
New to Pilates? We recommend a Pilates Prelude Session.
This is a one on one session and an introduction to Pilates and our Studio located in Midtown Toronto.
We will teach you how to safely and effectively use our unique Pilates equipments and learn the Fletcher Percussive Breath™ technique. We'll also take you through a 20 minute routine so you can experience the style and flow of our classes.
$46 + HST
These classes have 3 students maximum and can utilize the Pilates Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ped-I-Pul,Tower, Spine Corrector and Foam Roller among others.
A Pilates Prelude is a required prerequisite to attend all of our Trio Group Classes. We will teach you how to safely and effectively adjust, mount and dismount the 5 large equipments we utilize, and know that you will be comfortable with the progressions and flow of the classes.

Our private Solo or Duet (Partner) Pilates lessons at our studio will engage your mind while increasing your flexibility, strength, coordination and muscular balance.
Book a customized private Solo or Duet Pilates Solo session utilizing the Pilates Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ped-I-Pul, Ladder Barrel, Cadillac and more.
